FOX touts “the option” as “featuring the planet’s many eligible famous people competing locate real love among a small grouping of appealing singles . . . they cannot see.” Managed by Cat Deeley, a.k.a. the hot Brit design exactly who hosted “which means you believe you’ll dancing,” “the decision” is actually an hour-long dating game reveal that premiered on June 7 and airs any Thursday evening at 9 p.m. EDT.
While I don’t agree with the “world’s a lot of eligible celebs” (no picture of George Clooney, Prince Harry or Leonardo DiCaprio), the summer season’s make of bachelors is actually an interesting combination of testosterone. Take to stand-up comedian Finesse Mitchell, musician Romeo, reality star Mike “the problem” Sorrentino, Emmy-nominated star Jason Cook, actor Dean Cain, NFL All-Star Warren Sapp and megastar Joe Jonas to mention a few.
This is one way the program works: four eligible superstars sit-in spinning seats turned so they really cannot look at period, while potential, non-celebrity really love interests are available onstage and then have significantly less than a moment to encourage the inventors to “turn around” and pick them just as one go out. If no one turns around, then the woman goes residence. Over the course of three rounds, the contestant pool is actually paired down until each star has elected their go out for the night.
As the tv series mostly features bachelors, there are some bachelorettes to heat up circumstances upwards. In 2010 includes actress Carmen Electra, model Hope Dworaczyk, skip USA 2010 Rima Fakih and singer-actress Sophie Monk.

A number of these “eligible a-listers” are on the B-List (with a few exceptions), but it is a good way for them to get visibility while looking love. On the whole, it is an enjoyable show that’s mindless entertainment. You’ll in no way become a smart individual for seeing it, but the banter involving the a-listers is quite hilarious, and it might provide some insight into what guys are actually trying to find in a woman.
